Under the MOU between JSMP and JAMIT, JAMIT members can participate at the same registration fee as JSMP members. KAMPiNA members can also participate at the same registration fee as KSMP members. People belonging to the AFOMP's National Members Organization (NMO) society can participate for the registration fee of AFOMP category.
Banquet
A banquet will be held on September 20 during the conference.
Please register for the banquet along with your registration for the conference.
Nagoya specialties (NAGOYA-MESHI) will be served at the Banquet, so please register your attendance by September 5. The banquet fee is 5,000 JPY as online registration.
The maximum number of participants is 300.
If the maximum number of 300 is not reached as of September 5, On-site registration will also only accept 20 participants.
In this case, the registration fee is 6,000 JPY by cash.

Educational Lecture
Two sessions of educational lectures are given. Joint Lecture 1 (Educational Lecture 1) is given in English and a Educational Lecture 2 is given in Japanese. Those are credited with Japan Board for Medical Physicist Qualification.All participants of the JKMP10 can attend these sessions without extra registration and fee. However, those who need the Certificate of Attendance for Educational Lecture are required to purchase the Educational Lecture Text for 2,000 JPY. The text is written partially in Japanese. Only electric version will be issued and available on 12 Sep. 2024.
