Guideline for Presenters and Moderators
For oral presenters
Please ensure that you complete the online registration after your abstract has been accepted.Please create your presentation slide with PowerPoint application with aspect ratio of 4:3.
A monitor, keyboard, and mouse will be available on the podium.
We prepare official Windows (Windows 11, PowerPoint2021) PC for your presentation.
Please submit your PPT data in advance at the PC Center for at least 30 min before your presentation.
When using video, please embed video data or save all date in same folder.

The presentation time is 7 minutes and the Q&A session is 3 minutes, for a total of 10 minutes. (Please be punctual).
A slide aspect ratio of 4:3 is recommended. There is no limit on the number of slides. Please use standard fonts to avoid garbled text and layout errors.

Poster area opening hours are from 12:00 on Sep.20 (Fri) to 15:00 on Sep. 21 (Sat). During this time, poster presenters must be in front of their poster during the core time for poster viewing 14:15-15:15 on Sep. 20. If posters are not removed until 17.00 on Sep.21 (Sat), posters will be disposed by organizer.
We will provide a panel with a length and width of 210 cm and 90 cm, respectively.
The top 20 cm will be marked with the presentation number. The bottom 30 cm will be blank space. Please place your poster in the central area. We recommend AO poster size.
(The length and width are 118.9 cm and 84.1 cm)
Presentation number is P-XXX described on the website or the abstract book.
Presentation number tag and thumbtacks will be prepared by the organizer and please put your poster in the place of your presentation number.

For moderators
Please ensure that you complete the online registration before you moderate the sessions.Please come to the 'next moderator's seat' at the front on the right side of the room in the oral session room at least 20 minutes before the start of your assigned session.
